...a Nutritionist, former Miss Iowa, retired opera singer, and total Jesus gal. For nearly a decade I tried to get the body I desired with overcomplicated diet plans, restrictive calorie & macro tracking, and supplement programs that robbed me of my time, money, and mental peace with food.
🙌 Once I finally realized that God did not design food to be a burden, I started investigating how to eat the way He intended. Then the dark clouds parted, healthy eating became simple, I now feel FREEDOM with food, and finally have peace in a body I sincerely love.
