Hi friend! I'm Chelsea 👋

I've been a Nutritionist & Fitness Coach for over 9 years...

But for the 10 years before becoming a Nutritionist, I tried to get the body I desired with overcomplicated diet plans, restrictive calorie & macro tracking, and supplement programs that robbed me of my time, money, and mental peace with food.

🙌 Once I finally realized that
God did not design food to be a burden, I started investigating how to eat the way He intended. Then the dark clouds parted, healthy eating became simple, I now feel FREEDOM with food, and finally have peace in a body I sincerely love.

And now? My calling is to help women, just like you, do the same. Because,
sis, you have a distinct purpose in this life, and deserve to live it in a body you adore <3
